How do I switch between input modes on the sound bar?

Press the Input button on the remote or on the sound bar repeatedly to cycle through the available input modes: BT, AUX, OPTICAL, TV (ARC/eARC), and USB. The selected mode will be shown on the LED display.

How do I connect the sound bar to my TV using HDMI ARC?

Connect an HDMI ARC cable (version 1.4 or above) to the TV (eARC) port on the sound bar and the ARC/eARC port on your TV. Then, press the Input button to switch the sound bar to TV (ARC) or TV (eARC) mode and enable HDMI CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) in your TV’s settings. Once connected, the LED display will show ARC or EARC depending on your TV’s HDMI port type.

Note: HDMI CEC settings and menu names vary by TV model. Please contact your TV manufacturer for guidance specific to your model.

How do I use the AUX input on the sound bar?

Connect a PC, tablet, smartphone, or your TV’s headphone socket to the AUX socket on the sound bar using a 3.5mm-to-3.5mm audio cable. Alternatively, use an RCA-to-3.5mm audio cable to connect your TV’s audio output to the AUX socket on the sound bar. Then, switch the sound bar to AUX mode and play audio from your chosen source.

How do I connect the sound bar via Bluetooth?

Turn on the sound bar and press the Input button to switch to BT mode. The BT indicator on the display will flicker in pairing mode. On your phone, search for “ZEB-JukeBar 9710C” and select it to pair. Once successfully connected, the BT indicator will stop flickering and remain steady on the display.

How do I connect the subwoofer to the sound bar?

Connect the subwoofer to the main power supply. The soundbar, subwoofer, and satellite speakers will automatically pair when powered on. A solid blue LED on the subwoofer indicates a successful connection. If the LED is blinking, pairing has not been completed.

What should I do if the subwoofer is not pairing with the sound bar?

Ensure any nearby Wi-Fi or 2.4GHz wireless devices are switched off to avoid interference. Press and hold the PAIR button on the subwoofer for more than 2 seconds until the blue LED starts blinking rapidly. Then press and hold the PAIR button on the remote control until “PAIR” appears on the soundbar display. Once paired, the blue LED on the subwoofer will remain solid.

Note: Do not place the subwoofer or satellite speakers more than 10 metres away from the sound bar.

How do I adjust the sound bar’s audio output using the remote?

Press the EQ button on the remote to cycle through the equalizer modes: Music, Movie, Voice, and Sports. To fine-tune the audio, press the Setup button (⊙) and then use the + and − buttons to adjust the bass, treble, center, or surround levels.

How do I play music via the USB port?

Insert a USB flash drive containing Mp3, WAV, or FLAC audio files into the USB port on the sound bar. The sound bar will automatically switch to USB mode and begin playback. Use the ⏮ and ⏭ buttons on the remote to skip to the previous or next track, and the ⏯ button to play or pause.

Note: The USB port on the subwoofer is for software upgrades only and does not support audio playback.

What is the maximum supported memory size for USB storage devices?

The ZEB-JUKE BAR 9710C supports USB storage devices with a maximum capacity of 32GB.

How do I connect the sound bar to my TV using an optical cable?

Connect one end of the optical cable to the OPTICAL input on the sound bar and the other end to the OPTICAL OUT port on your TV. Then, press the Input button to switch the sound bar to OPTICAL mode. The LED display will show OPT once the connection is active.

Note: Set your TV’s audio output to Dolby or Auto (digital optical output) for best results. Do not bend the optical cable, as this may damage the internal fibre.
