How to pair the main soundbar with the wireless surround speakers and subwoofer?
Power on the soundbar, subwoofer, and rear satellite speakers. Short-press the STANDBY button to turn the system on, and press INPUT to select AUX mode. Press and hold the PAIR button on the remote control until the display shows "PAIR". Immediately press and hold the physical PAIR button on the back of the subwoofer and rear satellites until their respective LED indicators flash rapidly. After 20–30 seconds, the pairing LEDs will stay solid blue to confirm a successful connection.
What should I do if my rear satellite channels are inverted or swapped?
The wireless surround channel positions (Left Surround and Right Surround) are fixed by default. If your home power outlet configuration requires you to place the speakers on opposite sides, simply press the channel switch button located on the bottom of the surround speaker to instantly exchange the channel positions.
How to play audio using a USB drive on the ZEB-JUKE BAR 9890?
Insert a compatible USB flash drive (up to 32GB maximum capacity) containing MP3 files into the designated USB port on the soundbar. The soundbar will automatically detect the drive, switch its input mode to display "USB", and begin playback. (Note: The auxiliary USB port located on the subwoofer and rear satellites cannot play music and is strictly reserved for software upgrades ).
How to resolve a "No Sound" issue when connected via Optical or HDMI eARC/ARC?
First, verify that your digital audio output on the TV or external source device is explicitly configured to PCM format or Pass Thru mode. For HDMI connections, ensure you are utilizing a 19-core, High-Speed HDMI cable connected directly to the TV's dedicated eARC or ARC port. If using an optical connection, ensure the digital cable is not severely bent or damaged.
How to adjust individual channel volumes like Bass, Treble, or Center levels?
Short-press the Setup (Gear icon) button on your remote control to cycle through the available channel layouts. You can customize the equalizer output by using the + and - adjustment buttons to raise or lower levels for Bass, Treble, Center, and Surround channels within a range of -5 to +5.
How to reset the ZEB-JUKE BAR 9890 back to factory settings?
To clear all custom equalizer configurations and wireless link parameters, press and hold the EQ button on the remote control for 5 seconds to instantly restore the entire system to its original factory defaults.
